Hands are shot!

Yo Mike! Great idea. I love it! did a brutal Toes to Bar workout on Saturday and my hands are all torn up.....any suggestions from you Addicts out there?

I am currently rubbing vitamin E on them. I've heard crazy glue is a decent solution. Maybe I just need to toughen up!

  1. Happened to me too after too many knees to elbows and pull-ups. I think there is something out there called "skin glue" or something like that that is supposed to work well--I just took a few days off and kept a band-aid on it, nothing too high-tech.

  2. I've heard that if you actually tear your hands, neosporin under a bandaid at night is really helpful for healing fast.

    Peter, where do you workout, you should come into CFW.

  3. Thanks for the comments guys....I've been using a combinatin of neosporin, chopped up Vitamin E (oil from the gell caps), and good old fashioned rest. Seems to be recoverign a bit...
