Sunday, July 17th Workout

I created my own Crossfit workout today.  Has a definite cardio bent and can be done outside because no equipment is required.
"Mike's Outdoor Crossfit Workout"
5 RFT
800 M Run
20 Push Ups
30 Sit Ups
Time: 34:41

I did this workout last week and my time was 35:31, so I shaved 50 seconds off in a week!  I'll probably be doing it again next Sunday, we'll see if I can shave some more time off.  Temperature definitely made this challenging as it was in the 90's with high humidity.

  1. I did the Filthy 50 today and the heat added almost 6 minutes to my last Filthy 50 time. I was pretty sure I was going to puke, but somehow I made it through.
