Hands are shot!

Yo Mike! Great idea. I love it! did a brutal Toes to Bar workout on Saturday and my hands are all torn up.....any suggestions from you Addicts out there?

I am currently rubbing vitamin E on them. I've heard crazy glue is a decent solution. Maybe I just need to toughen up!

Monday, July 18th Workout

5 RFT
400 M Run
10 Thrusters (95 lb)
10 Burpees
25:10 Rx

Definitely had improved flexibility on my Thrusters.  Hot today, if it wasn't 90+ I think I could have dropped a couple of minutes off my time.

Sunday, July 17th Workout

I created my own Crossfit workout today.  Has a definite cardio bent and can be done outside because no equipment is required.
"Mike's Outdoor Crossfit Workout"
5 RFT
800 M Run
20 Push Ups
30 Sit Ups
Time: 34:41

I did this workout last week and my time was 35:31, so I shaved 50 seconds off in a week!  I'll probably be doing it again next Sunday, we'll see if I can shave some more time off.  Temperature definitely made this challenging as it was in the 90's with high humidity.
