Snowed-in--Improvise!

1.  2 minute max push ups=58
     1 minute break
     2 minutes max sit ups=55
     1 minute break
     2 minute max squats=62
2.  40-30-20-10 reps of walking lunges and pushups=start: 9:00 end: 18:10
3. 20 burpees for time=2:34

Burpee Challenge!!

I will be doing 1 Burpee (done this morning) and adding a Burpee every day until I get to 100 Burpees!  That means I will reach my 100 burpee goal on April 9th, 2012!  Good start today!
